I just purchased a three car garage full of brand new (original boxes)ceiling fixtures 60’s-70’s for 750.00. A pretty good variety (about 250 fixtures i’d guess),(crystal glass/to those yellow/orange/white funky ones/ chrome ones etc…. but I haven’t a clue on how to price them for sale.
Any lighting specialists in here? These are the old kind…..not a made in China anywhere on them … their heavy and well made. I’m thinking their back in style.

You might try Rejuventaion lighting. Look at their Atomic age and Modern America collection.

Also look for a company in your area that specializes in retro furniture (chrome dinnet sets, etc).
*Jim - If you can find a lighting store, the old kind that sells lampshades and used fixtures, you might get lucky and see what comparable fixtures sell for. I am always shocked at what old globes and such sell for, often over 100.00, IF you can find the right one.
*Just talked to an architect friend of mine who's interested in seeing them.......think I've discovered gold.......or at least a nice vacation.....counted 228 fixtures each in original shrink wrapping, they sold to the dealer wholesale (found the packing slip) for an average 25 - 30.00 at 1972 prices. So add in retail + inflation + the no-longer-can-find factor and I'm rich! .........but then I've been rich before......not.Probably end up paying storage for ever on an item no one will buy...... but this is so much fun I don't really care. Shouda been a treasure hunter..........what a rush.
