hello all, has anyone ever heard of or know about a company that was around back in the late 80’s, the name was the Quaker company I believe and they sold replacement jambs for older style double hungs with weights they worked on friction. I think that it is this type of jamb liner that is in place on my restoration project. they are still operable and we are considering using them on the second floor windows. They have no name or markings on the existing ones we have. so if anyone has any info I would appreciate it
thank you,
hammertime
