I think that the question is too general, there are to many ifs, ands, and buts involved. If you go on the web and search for in-floor radiant heat you should get many hits. Most manufactors have info. pertaining to their system and most of the time you can get this info. free. Hope this helps.
You can't run 180F water through a radiant floor. So you need a "tempering" or "mixing" valve. Taco and Watts each make them. About $70. You also need a circulation pump for that separate zone. And a thermostat and a zone valve. Tubing, of course, to go in the floor. Fittings to tap into your manifold. Connections and valves to insolate the loop if necessary and to purge it of air.
BUT, if you asking such a basic question, you'll also need someone experienced with both RFH and your type of boiler to figure out if it will all work together. What if only the bathroom calls for heat? Does the boiler fire but very little heat is used for such a low flow of low temp water? It could result in the boiler cycling very frequently which isn't good for the boiler. A control scheme might get around that (only heat the bath floor when the baseboards are calling for heat too. And some other boiler set-ups would be fine with it as a wholey independent zone.
A warm bathroom floor is a wonderful thing and if you're doing a remodel anyway, nows a great time to indulge yourself.
I'd say the same as DT but without the explanation. You need a radiant contractor to design and make the alterations.
