I’m installing a Reverse Osmosis system in the basement.  Best way to wall mount the tank?

I really like the white wire loop in the attached picture but can’t figure out where they purchased it.  See the attached picture.

I bought a scuba tank / Compressed Gas Cylinders tie down strap & mount.  However, the mounting bracket doesn’t quite fit a RO tank.  You can see what I’m talking about here:

Any recommendations on a better way to mount a RO tank?  Where to get that white wire loop?
