Normally, Rez would be around here bumping the thread back up into daylight.
I have had similar thoughts about using paperstone for shower walls, though, so I thought I would try my hand at bumping...

I have used the Ritchlite on a project recently for Kitchen and bath vanity countertops, they are very hard and therefore time consuming to mill slabs, also sanding can create a color variation which the manufacturer says will eventually oxidize and go away. The owner has been using them for 6 mos and likes them very much. Not sure about a shower.
