Ridge cap material for swayed roof ?

Need your help again friends. I might be building this torri I designed (fingers crossed), but
that copper ridge cap I show isn’t going to work unless I have it custom cut/soldered. I tried bending some L copper flashing I had, and it broke (kinked) before it went even a little way. It would be a nice effect but I bet it’ll cost alot to have made at my local sheet metal place.
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what else I could use. It’ll be capping cedar, or maybe man-made shingles.

Joe, could you use some sheet lead instead? That should take the bend ok.

Let me chastise you for a minute, here. The budget is a primary design factor as is how something is accomplished, not just what it will look like.
Now, to fabricate that cap in one piece without soldering will be very expensive. To fabricate it in several pieces and solder them together shouldn't break the bank of a client who can afford to have a structure like this built. Have some alternate profiles for the cap sketched up when you go to the sheet metal guy. Every shop has different machinery and skills and may be able to easily produce one profile, but not another. Good luck.
Scissors cut paper. Rock breaks scissors. Paper wraps rock.
What CADD program did you use to draw those?
I agree Greencu, I'm just looking for some options just in case. I think the only way to go is with copper.
Butch, I did this with SketchUp!

I meant to also say that was a nice drawing
