This may be old news, but I just heard that Emerson Electric, maker of RIDGID tools is closing it’s Paris, Tenn. manufacturing facility and will move production overseas.

I’m not a real fan of RIDGID tools, nor do I own any, but I hate to see these jobs go overseas. The press release I saw said that they will still be on top of all technology and quality will not suffer. We’ll see. Just an F.Y.I.
