Does anyone know if anyone makes a wormdrive saw with a right side blade. Obviously, there are plenty of circular saws with right side blades to choose from, but I have been unable so far, to search out a wormdrive saw with a right side blade other than the Porter Cable small wormdrive trim saw. Any help would be appreciated!

BigMarin,
I have never ever seen a right blade wormer. Wait a minute I did see one it was one of the first circular saws ever made. Huge motor housing looked like it weighed about thirty pounds, no shoe, no gaurd but I think it had a right blade.
I think the reason no makers I have ever seen offer one is that with the longer motor housing on a wormdrive, if the blade were on the right, when you adjusted your depth of cut, you would really have a time seeing your cutline.

porter cable made one. A full size one like skil. Seen one in a pawn shop once.
You'll have to hit the yard sales, estate sales, etc.
