Rigid Insulation and House wrap

I’m building a new house and I’m planning on putting 1″ of rigid insulation on top of the OSB exterior wall sheathing. Should I also use house wrap and if so should it go on the OSB before the rigid insulation or on top the of the rigid insulation? We won’t have the final brick/stone veneers on the house until April due to timing/weather constraints (live in Ontario, Canada) however, the framing should be complete by mid Dec – will the house wrap help to protect the rigid insulation from UV?

I am doing a similar thing on my house. When I bought the XPS, I asked the supplier the question about UV effects and they said that the UV effects would be negligable over the few months of winter that I will be waiting to put up the siding. I did a quick google search on my own and found similar results. So there should be no problem.
