Hi there. I’m getting ready to build my own house/ have it built, and I’m looking for someone to help me make the build run smoothly. I think I want to hire more of a project manager than a GC (this may be explained more clearly i my last thread “owner/builder: should I?”).

 I need to find someone I can trust, and as much as an on-line referral sounds dodgy, I’ve grown to trust the community here. I’d love to chat if you have any time or interest.
