Can anyone tell me if there is a skylight or any other kind of roof mounted window made that you allows to clean both the inside and outside while you are inside the house?

With the old GGL Velux you could . New ones I don't think so .
Yeah, I thought at least one of the awning type Velux skylights would partially flip for cleaning from inside. I put in a few up on a 4th floor attic remodel and I think that was one of the selling points on them.
Look into Velux, I think my door/window seller just told me that they came out with some new models.
