Project:  3-story garage addition, 1000 sq ft.

What remains to be done:  roofing and siding.

Particulars:  siding to be rainscreen with fiber cement siding in the Craftsman style.  Roofing to be architectural shingles.  Details are important:  proper flashing, hurricane nailing, period design details, etc.

What I don’t want:  a crew of 20 with 50 nail guns; job done in one day.

What I do want:  a small crew to take their time and work with me to get the details right.

I’m not that hard to work with; I just want someone to build the house as if they were going to live in it afterwards.
