Howdy folks. I’m in the process of building my first home(for me) and have a few questions. We’ve done the footers and was gonna pour the walls last week until the snow fell. The temps haven’t been out of the 30’s. Is this too cold for pouring concrete? The guy doing the walls said no, but a second opinion is nice. Also I’m going to frame the back wall. Should the floor be poured first or can I put the sole plate on a treated 4×4 or something? thanks

Yes and no are both answers to your first question. Yes, you can use admixes in concrete to pour at freezing temperatures. No, IMO, it is not good practice. Now if you are pouring an ICF foundation, follow your suppliers advice.
Yes you should pour your floor before framing your walkout walls. Although others may disagree, unless you are pumping the floor, you are just making things tougher for the finish crew by putting the walls in the way.
