my bedroom and bath areas get warmer than I like and I thought a wall fan – small quiet if they exist
to blow air back into another adjoining room would work great.
Do any exist?

There's small in line booster fans for ducts. Would probably come in a thimble. Not much, but it's available.
Otherwise, a panasonic bath exhaust fan (for wall mount) would be ideal. Move over 100 cfm real quietly.
A great place for Information, Comraderie, and a sucker punch.

I think an exhaust fan is the best option for you. You can also buy online small size fan which is suitable for your room.
