Rough in electric brackets

Using a lot of led lights on jobs that have spring clips.

rough in brackets i have found are +/- $11 each which is a crazy add.

has anyone figured out a cost effective way to handle this? I am marking the floor and cutting a hole after drywall but id prefer to bracket before drywall and have the drywaller cut the holes.
