If you only have a few to do, DeWalt makes a great little right angle attachment for a drill/driver. Rated for impact drivers. I bought one about 3 months ago for a bathroom reno.--for re-routing supply lines.
These work really well with an impact driver.
You can use impact drive spade bits. They are loud, but work well.
