If my tool store of 50 yrs hadn’t closed, I would have asked them.
Now, I would contact Rockler or Freud or Whiteside. There are matched sets so you could redo square edge to fit. Are there sets that match common machined t+g subfloor? Beats me.
I should think you’d need a pretty decent router to plow through all those chips, plies and glue.
If you just need to register some pcs and don’t want to waste buying extra sheets, I’d just butt, glue and block scabs on the underside.

Thanks. Glue and block make sense, but butting is not a good idea for floor or roof sheathing.
If You block between the joists or rafters.
Where do you see the problem?
I’d think that you are trying to save on material using cutoffs. This is admirable. We often think through layout how sheets would break. Sometimes starting with a rip of a third, 1/2 or 3/4 of a sheet left little or no waste at the end of the box.
Yes, trying to use cutoffs, but also trying to comply with the requirement for the last row to be at least 16" wide.
There are companies that will make router bits with any profile that you want. Do an internet search.
router bits don’t last long cutting osb or plywood. Buy more than one set.
Hello,
Yes, there are router bits designed specifically for creating the profiles of tongues and grooves used in various brands of T&G (Tongue and Groove) subflooring. These router bits are readily available and can help you achieve precise and professional results when working on subfloor projects. Before using them, it's a good practice to ensure that the router bit you choose matches the specific profile of the T&G subfloor you are working with.
If you have any further questions or need assistance in selecting the right router bits for your project, please feel free to ask.
Best regards,
"Readily available" where?
you could rip off tongue on one and groove on the other, and use your matching bits to cut matching profiles. you wouldn't need to match an existing profile since you are buying a matched set.
there is a document from APA for narrow roof sheathing panels -- appears they just increase the number of h-clips. for flooring, i'd consider solid blocking under the seam; glue and screw the pieces.

"harry-home-owner-overkill" would be to biscuit or domino the edges of the plywood together 4" OC. you would not see that method endorsed by the APA.
