Sagging floor with pad & pier foundation

Hello to All. My problem is: my bedroom hall / closet floor is supported by 2x4x12 and the floor is springy, and, the floor sags also by about 12 degrees. I have an old house with pad & pier foundation.
I thought that I could sister the 2x4x12 joists with new 2x6x12 joists to stiffen the floor, but, how can I fix the sagging floor at the pad & pier?
Is there a better way to correct the springy and sagging hall / closet floor?
Thanks for your help.

So the pier itself has subsided? Well, you can either jack up the joists at that point and insert spacers, or you can add new piers (or both).
If the pier has subsided over 50 years or so simply jacking and installing spacers may suffice. But if the pier is subsiding more rapidly then the footing simply isn't big enough and you need to add more piers nearby to support the load.
Of course, even 2x6 is too flimsy to support most floors, but it's likely all you have room for. 2x4 is nowhere sufficient for flooring joists.
