I have a duplex house in San Antonio. There are two units , one on 1st story and the other is on 2nd story.
The 2nd story has one main entrance and stairs on the back of the house from back porch.
I want to eliminate the back stairs from 2nd story but I don’t know if this can be done according to the city code ? Does city require two exits for a unit ?
If in case two exits are not required then what UDC code states that ?
Property type: duplex
City: San Antonio
Any help will be appreciated
