Trying not to reinvent the wheel, I’m looking for a good schedule of construction for a 600 sq.ft. carriage house. 20’x 30’free-span multi-lam or TJI deck, R-19 walls, 12/12 trusses, over 2-car garage with poured walls in sand. This modest rental will offer a bath, bed, dining room and gas/electric kitchen in a highly regulated lake front environment. City hook-ups are my immediate concern, but any info along these lines would be helpful.
