Screen Porch aluminum frame – maddening search
I’ve spent days searching the internet for a specific type of simple rolled-aluminum framing for a screened porch that I saw on vacation in Florida. Flat, rectangular in shape, with the spline channel facing the height side (not facing the wide side, like most window screen frames). Probably measures 1″ wide by 1/2″ height, with faux wood texture on the top.
Attached are a couple of pics. Anyone have any idea of who manufactures this type of simple frame or where I can buy it?
Thanks

No, but a lot of hardware stores and contractor's supply houses such as Harvey can make up or get screen panels. Another option I've used that works great is Sreeeneze. That's not cheap, but it's easy to work with and looks really clean.
Thanks Andy. The Screeneze looks like a great product.

Thanks for your reply Catmandeux. Those pieces are extruded and larger in size and price. I could be mistaken, but my pics are of rolled aluminum and should be a great deal cheaper per piece. I will scour those sites, however, and see if they offer it.
