I have never used anything but trim head stainless screws for installing Ipe / ironwood decking. Any suggestions on concealed fastners that work and are easy to install?

strangely enough, I just answered this for another guy here.
Eb-Ty is the most common hidden system. Some guys report failures and swear off them, others seem to have good luck.
I don't think there is an easy method
Countersink surface screws and glue in plugs would be my choice if I had to go hidden.

Tiger Claw is one, there is also a rail system that fastens the length of the joists and you fasten on the underside of the decking but the name escapes me.
