I have a addition being added to my home. Construction has 2x10s base plates on a concrete pad. Last night I was looking at it and realized the framers didn’t do anything to seal the baseplates to the slab. Walls are pretty much completely up and roofing is already started.
Is there any kind of low viscosity sealant than could be used to seal the base plates? What options do I have other than tearing everything down (not really an option) or just letting it go?

Looks like there are several types of sealant (like caulk) or foam, and several types of tape sold for this purpose capable of sealing to both he concrete and the wooden sill.
