I am getting ready to finish out my basement and want to seal the crack between the slab and the foundation wall where the slab has shrunk away from the foundation wall. It is about 1/8 – 3/16″ wide and 4″ deep on average. I want to use something that I can get all the way to the footing (4″ slab depth), is durable and waterproof and will keep termites and radon gas out. Does anyone have any experience with this and recommendations?

HI Mark,
The shrinkage cracks you are concerned about are very small and hard to fill down to the footing.
Look up "Mapei" on your search engine and look over their extensive list of products. They have some that will flow quiet well and remain flexible and waterproof.
