This Q is specifically for stamped concrete… Concrete guys I have used in the past have used a product called “QC Solvent Seal 27” or similar to seal stamped concrete. It smells like lacquer and forms a thick clear film over the concrete maybe something like polyurethane might look.
Current concrete guy sealed stamped concrete job with Thompson’s Water seal – which it says on the can that it can be used on concrete, brick, etc. Problem is that as far as I’m concerned Thompson’s is Cr@p. I think it is about 90% paint thinner. You can’t even tell anything has been applied to the stamped concrete.
My Q is can I apply the QC Solvent Seal over the Thompsons?
Thoughts?
TIA

I go to my local good material supply house (here it's Metromont) and get a 5 gal can of "non-yellowing concrete sealer". Might give you some options over a specific brand.
Edit: this is for stamped concrete, and per the directions of the contractor.
