Having trouble finding information on seamless vinyl siding. Anyone used it? Comments?

Never heard of it. That doesn't mean it's not out there...
One issue that would have to be addressed it the expansion/contraction of vinyl with heat. 12' is the longest length of siding that you will find because any longer and you would have to leave an even bigger space for contraction. A 40' wall would probably need 2" of clearance on each side to be safe.

Maybe they use a trailer like they do for telephone poles <G>.
There is another seamless siding product that is steel coated with vinyl. It is formed on site like gutters.
Yup. Guys around here sell it as "seamless*" the * being up to the 40' length, and their trailer is substantial in length. I'd have the same concerns with expansion/contraction across such a long span, though aesthetically no seams looks pretty good. Would also be a little harder to install, though I saw the seamless gutter guy last week put up a 96' run of gutter with just three guys. Where there's a whip, there's a way.
