i have approx. 1700 sq. ft. home in bellevue,wa. there is a seperate detached garage. the plan is to attach the 865 sq. ft. garage with a 12’x12′ additon to the house.  the 865 is to be converted into a living unit. permit is in place. beginning construction involves someone with concrete as well as framing skills. frame 12’x12′ spacewith foundatinon as well as overframing for roof.

864 sq. ft. garagee is 3 bay garage where doors need to be framed in, then floor hung. then finished floor plan lays on floor. coordinate electrical and plumbing.
