Who in their right mind in WA state with its 10% sales tax buys tools other than on-line?? -- or at auctions or garage sales<G>

Amazon has been taxing most or all of my purchases for a while now, and I'm obliged to pay tax on items from out of state (or from private parties) as "use tax" on my quarterly sales tax return anyway.
To the OP--I have a wholesale account at Keller Supply and might buy that bit from them. Also worth checking Master Wholesale, if they have those they'd be cheap. By the way, in 1" you can get an auger at any hardware store or Home Depot, probably be about $12-15 bucks for the short ones.
Coastal prices a pretty good - they even ship to Canada.
Thanks
