As we get this house ready for sale (in a year or two) it’s time to clean and restain the redwood deck.  Previously I used a stain that was stongly recommended here (can’t remember the name, though might find a can in a closet some day), but it’s apparently no longer available (was getting pretty sparse last time I bought a can).

What do you guys recommend in a semi-transparent oil deck stain?
