I can’t find any answers to this using the search function, so let me ask what I am sure has been asked before. New construction, carpeted floors, painted wood trim above. Do the electric baseboards go in before or after we have painted all the trim and walls? And carpeting? Is it installed after electric baseboard units are installed?
