Building my first equipment shed – 18×16. Other than a few garden boxes I’ve never built a building.
My holes are dug; is there a reason why I can’t just put the post into the holes, attach some of my boards to the leveled poles to keep them square, then add the concrete into the holes?

That should work fine. I'd put at least a couple of inches of gravel in the holes to drain water out from the bottom of the posts. I'd done this before - built the structure and then put the concrete in the holes. Best of luck to you.
