How's your siding and other things work out?
How far above what will be finished grade?
I would seal the snot out of the bottom edge, period. On a siding / sheeting replacement and hand hewed repair I did a couple years ago, I capped the bottom of the osb with some J channel, then ran the siding down over that. It was and would be too close to grade-those flower planters and mulch spreaders tend to run up the grade a bit..................

I would: Set the bottome of the sheathing slightlly below the sill plate. Put a strip of house wrap under the sills, and then wrap it back up onto the sheathing and bring the house wrap on the sheathing down over it to make a water barrier.
Sheathing laps over and down
