We’ll be getting to an eyebrow dormer with our roof sheathing next week. Great big 20 foot radius, but with 9 foot radius fillets.
The rest of the roof is sheathed with 5/8. I am thinking of sheathing the curved section with two layers of 3/8 CDX (if I can get it.)
What would you do?

We sheathed our cone with one layer of 3/8 exterior ply. After bending it around the framing, it was tight as a drum. It doesn't need two layers unless you plan on landing a 747 on it.

Hey Gene, we need some pictures of this shack!
