When sheathing the roof of a new addition to an existing wall, how much should I leave the last peice back from the wall to allow air to flow through. Rafter length is about 16′. Also, does anyone have a specific roof-to-wall vent that they like better than others. This roof is only a 3/12 pitch so wind driven rain will be a problem for some of the vents I’ve seen. Thanks.
