Getting close to running wireing to my new work shop and a phone line is an after thought. I have some shielded phone line, can that be run in the same conduit as the electrical?

The code issue is not one of noise.
But rather one of a insulation failure or surges (including lighting spikes) jumping between the power and phone wiring.
