I’m looking for new hardware for an old tub- cast iron, legs, no fancy claw feet though.  I plan on building a surround and tiling it in place. Here’s my problem- I’m trying to find deck-mounted tub/shower combos (not hand-held, but the full shower system including curtain d-rod although I could probably have that fabricated).  I found one in the Van Dykes catalog, but it’s almost $400. I don’t want to be stingy, but if there’s one out there for $200 or less, it would be much more in keeping with my budget. I know that it’s a specialty item, but there must be one out there that I can afford.
