Hello,

I live in Toronto and am having my home renovated. We are extending our home to the backyard. One of the walls is 14″ from property line. Our neighbor on the other side is not allowing us to go on their property for siding installation. I can apply for a right to enter permit with the city of Toronto but they usually don’t grant such permits. City doesn’t want to get involved in domestic disputes.

I wanted to check with this community if you have any ideas on how we can get the siding installed in such a narrow space. The area for siding installation is around 21′ wide and 20′ tall.

Please let me know if you have any solutions, I can provide my contractors.
