What is the best product to use to fill in cracks in cedar siding? The clapboards are in good shape. They are an older style with thicker edges than today’s cedar clapboards. I have been unable to find a suitable replacement so far. I would probably do more damage trying to replace them even if I could find a similar size. Thanks, Tiger.

If there are cracks, then why do you consider the clapboards to be in "goood shape"? Can you provide a photo?
A good quality paintable exterior caulk is probably about the best you're going to do. Don't use a "filler" or any epoxy-like material as it will crack and promote rot.
