I’ve got a bunch of runs of coax in my house connected to satellite recievers, and am planning for more.
I’d like some information about signal strength meters which screw on to the coax drop ends to check the signal on various runs. Brands and cost.
Of course, the antenna is already optimized for signal strength. I’m just checking the individual runs.
Thanks

PS, used a ChannalMaster 1004 - mediocre. You can usually buy SSM's at Radio Shack. Oh, make sure you have a balun to impedence match, the meters are mostly 75ohm and your antenna is probably 300.
