I have a Wilsonart solid kitchen bowl integrated into an SSV countertop. The bowl is very cracked and will be replaced under warranty. Does anyone have experience with the long term performance of replacing just the sink? I realize that the sink and counter were joined together when fabricated.
BTW The rep who looked at the sink said that the sinks fail because people get them cold from ice and then pour boiling water in them. This guy couldn’t even identify the color and didn’t have sample colors with him. Makes me wonder about the competency of the people who will replace the sink.
