Has anyone ever seen a NON STAINLESS sink with an integrated drain pan (like you would sit dishes on the side and the integrated ridges would drain back into the main sink. I see this in stainless sinks but wife wants some other material with the drainpan. Go figure. Anybody ever seen a monster like this?

I googled sink drainboard porcelain. Try it with whatever material you have in mind, cast iron is fairly common.
You can also make your own with solid surface material (Corian, etc.) with an undermount sink and then cut the grooves. Someone who knows more than me can give details.
Thanks for the input. The Quartz model can be used as undermount so that would work. Corean custom fabrication would also work well. I will look for a dealer who can do custom work in this.
thanks all.
I think that any outfit that fabricates solid surface countertops could make you up something.
(Or, actually, if you scrounge around enough you can probably find an old (ca 1930) porcelain sink with this feature. Used to be fairly common. Ugly as sin, though.

Any good solid surface fabricator can do it.
