SIP’s Panel Interior Finish

Is anyone out there familiar with a product that applies like paint to the interior surface of a SIP’s panel, but expands to conceal surface mounted wiring? I was in a meeting with an Architect early this week and mentioned such a product and pretty much wound up looking like an idiot.<!—-><!—-> <!—->
