Could anyone with the knowledge of using self leveling compounds on a plywood floor give me a little advice here. I want to level out my bathroom floor for tile. I have a couple of dips here and there and want to get it a little more level before I put the cement board and tile down. Any suggestions on a particular type and where it can be purchased? Also, do I need to prime the subfloor first? Many thanks.

John,
Mapei is always a good place to start for any floor repair products.

Gabe,
Would you say the "Plani/Patch" is what I'm looking for according to the link you sent me? I couldn't seem to locate where to purchase this. The website doesn't give much info from what I saw.

Mapei products are available at any major building supplier. Yes the planipatch will do the job.
Good luck with your floor
