I am trying to make a custom mirrored medicine cab w/ a sliding (L to R) mirror. So far no luck with concealed hardware. Found something workable at Hafele for the astronomical price or $800+. Any ideas? The look is minimalist modern. Think clean lines, mostly concealed hdw. Also can I epoxy hinges or hardware to the back of a mirror? Thanks for the input.

I've attached a top view of my idea: Treat it like a drawer, and the drawer face wraps around the side of the dresser!
The drawer slider mounts over and under the cabinet box, with the hardware on the BACK face. The mirror mount is a box that is open on two sides. The mirror mounts to the face of that box.
It's very hard to get anything to stick to mirror, and you would probably need a special mirror glass anyway. A glass shop could help you there.
