I work for a design/ build remodeling company in western Connecticut that needs to expand its production staff as its sales are growing. The attitude of our small team is progressive, creative and people-oriented, and we are hoping to find an experienced carpenter that would be comfortable both as a craftsperson and as a mentor. In our sparsely populated community, it can be challenging to search for new people. I am asking not only for people who might be interested in joining us, but also for suggestions of new methods or places to contact potential candidates for employment.
