I need to make some concrete slabs about 2″ thick x 2’x 3′ to match a concrete deck poured this summer around a pool. They will be supported by stainless brackets and be used to hide the pool cover housing. I thought of using a concrete countertop maker since its a small but artistic task. Any suggestions? |

Michelle, check out this article on hypertufa at FG. I have not done this but I would think it might be something to consider. You would form it as you would concrete, but it would be lighter weight and potentially you could artsy fartsy it to look good in your setting.
