Has anyone made any of these or know of any references. The grids available for purchase that I have found, are too wide and too flat. Cross posted in Knots too.

Joe,
I use Andersen windows and they offer a snap in grid that appears to be the correct width.. Nobody is fooled by them because they appear on just the inside of the window.
They do however give the image I want to convey and within a reasonable budget are a reasonable compromise..
