How difficult is it to install this sort of metal roofing? Snap-Loc is the brand I’m looking at. It looks like standing-seam metal but one edge snaps over first screwed down edge.
Garage roof I’m redoing is pretty straightahead, two 18X10 foot sides, approx. 6/12 pitch, no vents, no valleys. Main concern is cutting last sheet on each side lengthwise and installing ridge vent and rake flashing.
Are any special tools required? Seems like I could save myself $1000 if I did myself.

It's very simple - starting out square is the most important thing. A couple of things I have learned:
Don't overtighten the pan head screws
snap the pieces together gently - no kicking! /
Look in FHB a few months/maybe a year ago there's an article on this type of roofing.
I've never tried it but it sure looks like a piece of cake. :-)>
