Anyone got a suggestion for software for filling out sworn statements?
I’ve always just filled in the blank forms and updated them for each draw, but I would like to streamline it a bit.

I can get all the blank forms I want from the title insurance companies, I would just like to be able to use a fill in form on the computer that would allow me to update for each draw without having to rewrite the whole thing.

I downloaded a trial package by Torgo, but before I fork over $99, I would like to know what everyone else is using.

Any suggestions?
