I work with computers a lot and am looking into software to help run a small construction company and am looking for experience and recommendations anyone may have. Nothing too expensive or complex, though. The areas I’m looking at include:
- Design
- Estimating
- Planning & Scheduling
- Job costing
Also, if anyone has experience in integrating these together!
Thanks,

Jeez, you don't want much.
Master Builder does estimating and job costing, and I have used those parts of it. It also does resource management but I haven't used that module. I don't believe it does scheduling, and I know it doesn't do design. Most people heavily into software use three or more different programs (accounting, scheduling, design).
There is a software-specific forum over at the jlconline.com site.
